Group Stained Glass Workshop
Beginner Level Project | Ages 16+
Four students per workshop
Project size: 6×6 inch stained glass sun catcher
Time: Five hours 1:00 - 6:00 PM
Location: My studio in Eden, Utah.
This is a beginner workshop. No experience is required. All tools and materials are included.
You will learn the process of building a stained glass project from start to finish by creating a panel project using the Tiffany method.
The day will kick off with a brief overview of stained glass and the day's agenda. Students will choose from library designs created for beginner level learning. Then we’ll dive into selecting glass colors(!!), and learn to cut and shape glass. We’ll learn to foil and burnish the finished pieces. Then dig into soldering and the final finishing step. You’ll leave with a finished project that you built!
